1. About Lyrical Apparel

Lyrical Apparel is an online apparel brand offering products primarily produced through a print-on-demand model.

Products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, and shipped by third-party production and fulfillment providers working on our behalf.

Lyrical Apparel currently sells and ships products to customers located within the United States only.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, discontinue, or modify any product, service, feature, promotion, or portion of our website at any time, subject to applicable law.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that:

  • You have read these Terms;
  • You understand these Terms;
  • You agree to be bound by these Terms;
  • The information you provide is accurate;
  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

  • Every product will be visually identical to another product of the same design.

Minor variations may occur as a result of manufacturing, garment construction, printing, lighting, photography, device displays, and other production processes.

Minor variations do not automatically constitute a product defect.

Customers should review the product description, photographs, size chart, care instructions, and other available information before placing an order.

6. Print-on-Demand Products

Lyrical Apparel products are generally manufactured after an order is placed.

Because products are produced specifically for individual orders, we generally do not maintain traditional ready-to-ship inventory for every product.

This production model affects cancellation, returns, and exchanges.

Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Our Return & Refund Policy explains when a customer may qualify for a refund or replacement.

7. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities;
  • Discontinue products;
  • Modify product designs;
  • Correct product information;
  • Refuse orders;
  • Cancel orders;
  • Restrict purchases to certain customers or geographic areas;

where permitted by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will provide an appropriate refund where required.

8. Orders

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the products selected during checkout.

After submitting an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation.

An order confirmation confirms that we received your order request. It does not necessarily mean that Lyrical Apparel has accepted the order for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to review and, where permitted by law, refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Suspected fraud;
  • Unauthorized transactions;
  • Payment problems;
  • Pricing or listing errors;
  • Product availability issues;
  • Technical errors;

If an order is placed at an obviously erroneous price, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

We are not required to fulfill an order at an erroneous price where applicable law permits cancellation.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any lawful right to dispute a transaction.

However, customers should not knowingly seek duplicate recovery for the same transaction or issue.

For example, if Lyrical Apparel has already issued a refund for a particular transaction, customers should not knowingly attempt to recover the same amount through a separate payment dispute.

Where permitted by law and applicable payment-network rules, Lyrical Apparel may provide relevant information to payment processors, banks, card networks, or other financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.

14. Shipping

Lyrical Apparel currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping and production estimates may be displayed on product pages, during checkout, or in our Shipping Policy.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate portions of the fulfillment process.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Production delays;
  • Carrier delays;
  • Severe weather;
  • Holidays;
  • Incorrect addresses;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Operational issues;
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where applicable law requires specific action because an order cannot be shipped or delivered within a promised timeframe, we will comply with those requirements.

15. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an address is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise invalid, customers should contact us immediately.

We may be able to correct an address before production or shipment begins.

Once production or shipment has started, an address change may not be possible.

Where permitted by law, Lyrical Apparel is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply to replacement shipments resulting from customer-provided address errors.

16. Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

If tracking indicates that a package is delayed or lost in transit, customers should contact us so that we can investigate.

Where appropriate, we may contact or coordinate with the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered, customers should first check the delivery location, mailbox, package locker, household members, neighbors, building management, and carrier information.

A carrier delivery scan does not automatically guarantee that a refund or replacement will be issued, nor does it automatically mean that a claim will be denied.

Lyrical Apparel may review the circumstances and available information before determining an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

17. Order Cancellations

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted, customers should request cancellation as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before production begins.

However, once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Submitting a cancellation request does not itself cancel an order.

An order is cancelled only when Lyrical Apparel confirms the cancellation.

Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

18. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are made to order, ordinary returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

Customers may, however, qualify for a replacement or refund when an order has a legitimate manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, or shipping-related problem.

The Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

19. Refund and Replacement Verification

Lyrical Apparel may reasonably investigate refund and replacement requests before approving a remedy.

Providing information does not guarantee that a refund or replacement will be approved.
